- Role: Director of AAD-Institut Cameroun
- Workplace :Yaounde – Montée jouvence
- Tasks and responsibilities :
- Manage, administer and represent AAD-Institute in Cameroon;
- Plan the start of the academic year and organise the delivery of the language courses with the staff;
- Administration and social networks (main means of communication) of AAL-Institute;
- Develop billing models for the services offered by AAL-Institute;
- Developing communication strategies for AAL-Institute;
- Manage the AAD-Institute database with efficiency and dexterity;
- Ensuring a better quality of customer service.

Profile required
- Have a university degree in business administration, management or a comparable degree;
- Have a good knowledge of accounting;
- Be creative and able to work in a team;
- Be able to express yourself in French and English (oral and written);
- Good knowledge of ICT (Information and Communication Technology);
- Good knowledge of documentation and archiving of services provided;
- Be available for teleconferences sometimes outside working hours.

- Plan the start of the academic year and organise the delivery of the language courses with the staff;
- Individual coaching of learners as required;
- Develop models of language performance to be achieved by levels;
- Designing tests and planning assessments for learners;
- Ensuring a better quality of customer service.
